Design and Experiment of Side-open Sliding Cutting Film Broken Seeding Unit Based on Straw Fiber Film
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of large size, irregular shape and poor seeding quality of film hole in straw fiber film mulching and seeding, a side-open sliding cutting film broken seeding unit was designed. Its working process was analyzed theoretically. The parameters of film hole forming device and forced opening cam were designed. The mathematical model of longitudinal length of film hole was established. The interaction law between related factors and film hole size was clarified, and the parameters of film hole forming device and forced opening cam were determined, and the main parameters that affected the performance of the device and the range of their values were discussed. Four factors and five levels of quadratic orthogonal rotation center combination test method was used to carry out the field test, with the operation speed, stiffness of pressed-film spring, wedge angle of film breaker, opening phase angle of film breaker as the test factors, and the film hole length qualified rate, grain spacing qualified index and sowing depth consistency as the evaluation indexes. Design-Expert 8. 0. 6. 1 software was used to process the test data, and the results showed that the factors influencing the qualified rate of film hole length from large to small were the wedge angle of film breaker, operation speed, opening phase angle of film breaker and stiffness of pressed-film spring, the factors influencing the qualified index of grain distance from large to small were operation speed, opening phase angle of film breaker, wedge angle of film breaker and stiffness of pressed-film spring, and the factors influencing the consistency of sowing depth from large to small were operation speed, opening phase angle of film breaker, wedge angle of film breaker and stiffness of pressed-film spring. The results showed that the qualified rate of film hole length was more than 90% , the qualified index of grain spacing was more than 90% , and the uniformity of sowing depth was more than 85% under the conditions of operation speed of 1. 6 ~3. 4 km/h, stiffness of pressed-film spring of 2 N/mm, wedge angle of film breaker of 30°, and opening phase angle of film breaker of -2. 4° - 1. 8°. The research results can provide theoretical and technical support for precision sowing on straw fiber film.
