Abstract

The analysis of 214 observed variables in this study used descriptive statistics and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) models. The findings indicate that the progress of ecotourism and agro-tourism at Bac Giang Agriculture and Forestry University is in its initial stages, with activities lacking comprehensive organization. The workforce for tourism services remains inadequate and insufficiently trained, with primary lack of experience. A case study at the agriculture and forestry university was conducted. The EFA method was utilized to determine the factors contributing to tourism development, which include quality and responsibility of the organizing unit, responsibility and infrastructure, responsibility and pricing, empathy toward tourists, and tourist landscapes and amusement parks. The key determinants of visitor contentment encompass the quality and accountability of the organizing entity, infrastructural reliability, pricing considerations, empathetic treatment of tourists, and the appeal of tourist sites and amusement facilities.
