Nongye Jixie Xuebao/Transactions of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Machinery was founded in 1957 and is publicly distributed at China and abroad. It has a major influence on the global agricultural industry and features exchange or distribution relationships with more than 30 countries and regions. It has won many awards from the Ministry of Machinery and the Chinese Association for Science and Technology. In 1997, it was awarded second prize was awarded second prize as an excellent journal by the Chinese Association for Science and Technology. In addition, for several consecutive years the journal was awarded special funding from the Chinese Association for Science and Technology (“Selecting the best and supporting basic and high-tech academic journals"). In 2001, the journal was included in the "Chinese Periodicals Phalanx" as a double-effect journal.
